However, due to China’s external unfavorable policy environment, combined with the lack of small and medium enterprise itself, makes the small and medium enterprise financing difficult problem, it becomes an important factor restricting the development of small and medium enterprises in our country. The current situation of small and medium enterprises financing problem cant match it’s present position in our country national economy.Small and medium enterprise financing difficulties will affect the development of small and medium enterprises, which will affect the development of the national economy in our country. To solve financing problems of small and medium enterprises in China is imminent. Due to the complexity of the problem is, not only involves macro level but also micro, need to be done by various efforts together, many scholars discussed this issue to solve this social problem. Firstly, small and medium enterprises should strengthen the internal problem, constantly improve their own ability and the ability to resist risks. Secondly, to the external view, the government should constantly broaden the financing channels of small and medium enterprises and perfect the relevant laws and regulations to strengthen financing of small and medium enterprises. It will provide them a good environment.This article discussed and researched our country small and medium enterprise financing difficult situation and existing problems. From the analysis of existing problems and the financing difficulties and the experience of the BT case analysis, this article puts forward some improvement related suggestions on the development of small and medium enterprises in our country. It can help solving our country small and medium enterprise financing status, which can help to promote the growth of the national economy.
