With the acceleration process of internationalization, China multinational companies In the emerging economies have begun to invest overseas in the absence of any monopoly advantages. Small and medium sized transnational corporations have become a major force in the development of the Chinese multinational. In the early stages of international development, China’s many enterprises did not have access to resources for the primary purpose of foreign markets, Mainly foreign advanced technical knowledge and market knowledge was the starting point for international investment. In the new economic era of Internet and knowledge based information, knowledge is the core competitiveness of an enterprise, at the same time of advancing knowledge acquisition strategy, enterprises need to design the organizational structure to match it in order to ensure a successful implementation of strategic goals. According to the circumstance of multinational companies in China, there are no typical western organizational structures that are consistent with it. What we need according to the enterprise actual condition to construct a typical form of organizational structure. Based on LS Company as an example, this paper is based on the types of external knowledge acquisition of the LS Company’s and the products structure to design the organizational structure that matches the enterprises’ strategy. Firstly this paper establishes the research methods and research status at home and abroad is proposed. Secondly, this reviews the actual status of the research at home and abroad, the theory of developing the multinational company organizational structure, summarizes the influence factors of organizational structure optimization and transformation, and the motive of multinational enterprises in China’s foreign investment, analyzes the model of knowledge acquisition and knowledge acquisition types and the relationship between organizational structure. Then, in view of the LS Company in the industry, this paper discusses the process of aluminum industry development in our country and the status quo of domestic and foreign markets, as well as the problem of the transformation and upgrading. Finally, based on the relevant theories and corporate objective conditions, according to type of knowledge LS Company acquired, designed to the organizational structure, and puts forward five plans implementation steps.
