As for the current situation of packaging industry in China, it is necessary to find a reasonable internal management scheme to survive in the industry. Packaging companies, particularly those want to become strategic suppliers of the reliable customers, need to improve their product quality and optimize its cost. First of all, it needs to improve management level of production line in aspects of product quality and cost; it needs an applicable evaluation management mechanism. Currently, most packaging companies use key performance appraisal management, particularly focus on task performance, which neglect contextual performance management.Based on psychological contract theory, the thesis tries to verify the contractual relationship between employees’recognizing of organizational justice and company’s wish for high output of contextual performance. Based on equity sensitivity of equity theory, the thesis tries to verify moderating effect of big five personality to organizational justice and contextual performance.Based on questionnaires of big five personality, organizational justice and contextual performance, the thesis makes empirical research on three target companies and tries to find problems and suggestions for performance management under the use of analysis tool (SPSS 19.0).The empirical research finds:Ⅰ. Organizational justice and all its sub-dimensions have positive significance to contextual performance.Ⅱ. Personality trait, especially extraversion, plays positive moderating role between organizational justice and contextual performance.
