State-owned enterprises are social networks with unique organizational goals, organizationalstructure,organizational groups and organizational culture.They are representative sample because they are different fromother private enterprises.State-owned enterprises are the pillars of the national economic development, occupy a pivotal position in the national development, and have indispensable effect on national development. Currently, the state-owned enterprise reform steadily, but also faces many internal and external problems.Therefore, the professional values, job satisfaction and engagement of their workers, i.e. the employees of state-owned enterprises, are not only critical to their own growth and development, but also critical to the progress and development of the enterprises.Accordingly, in this paper, the research is carried out on employees of X Company that has been operated for more than seven years and takes on the development of C919 aircraft, and the research on occupational values, job satisfaction and engagement is introduced, so as to provide an effective analysis method for obtaining state-owned enterprise management improvement opinions based on employeesperspective. The following research conclusions are drawn through statistical analysis:1. Gender has significant effect on occupational values and job satisfaction, and has no significant effect on engagement;2. Age has significant effect on occupational values and engagement, and has no significant effect on job satisfaction;3. Education has significant effect on occupational values and engagement, and has no significant effect on job satisfaction;4. Marital status has significant effect on occupational values, job satisfaction and engagement;5. Position has significant effect on occupational values, job satisfaction and engagement.Based on these findings, the paper put forward a sound enterprise system, improve enterprise management suggestions to achieve and safeguard companies sustainable developmentfrom the organizational system, organizational incentives.
