| In the era of knowledge economy, technological innovation will have a great effect on the economic growth of the country and the survival and development of enterprises. Enterprise scale factor and enterprise technology level are closely related. Therefore, the central issue of this paper is to discuss the scale quality measurement of enterprises based on industrial innovation and upgrading. This paper comes from three aspects:first, it defines the scale of enterprises, and has not formed a unified enterprise scale. The two is the research on the relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation. The three is that the technology innovation has been widely concerned by academia and society. Based on this, this study is to explore the measurement of enterprise scale quality:first, based on the hypothesis of bear Pete and "threshold theory", the paper deeply discusses the content and dimension of enterprise scale quality. Secondly, the SPSS 20.0 is used to carry out exploratory factor analysis. This paper is divided into six parts, the specific contents are as follows:In the first part, the main problems of this paper are presented, and the research status of the relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation and the theoretical and practical significance of this research are also discussed.In the second part, the paper reviews the research on the relationship between enterprise scale and technological innovation, and expounds the theory of scale threshold and the threshold transition mechanism.The third part, define the connotation of the concept of enterprise scale quality based on break through the threshold of corporate scale to achieve innovation and industry upgrading theory research, and the scale of enterprise quality includes three elements that R&D investment, non R&D investment, knowledge energy core essence is described in detail, constructs the initial dimension of the core concept.The fourth part, to build enterprise scale and quality measurement scale by the depth interview, the scale of pre testing, and accordingly the table item exclusion and express the semantics of individual items and smooth degree adjustment, finally obtained contains 19 items in the scale of enterprise quality measure initial scale; SPSS 20.0 is used to exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis; the AMOS 17 is used to verify the validity of the formal scale, and the scale of the enterprise is developed with a certain reliability and validity.In the fifth part, the main conclusions are drawn, and the theoretical contribution and innovation points of this research are put forward.In short, this study applied qualitative research and quantitative research’ methods, the enterprise scale quality of the construction, and the development of enterprise scale quality of the measurement scale. In the research content, the use of interview method for qualitative research, for the development of the formal scale to provide a more solid foundation. And the quantitative analysis test and revise the initial scale. The combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of two kinds of different research paradigms has played a complementary role, the role of complement each other. Qualitative research finds that the scale of the enterprise is three dimensions, namely, R&D, non R&D, and knowledge. Quantitative research has finally developed a certain reliability and validity of the scale of enterprise scale. |
