After years of development, China Mobile leading to China Telecom, China Unicom network advantages has been depleted. In 2014, after the establishment of the new China Tower, the three operators in the operation of the network formed the homogenization of competition. At the same time, China mobile communication market also from more than ten years of significant incremental market, development to the gradual saturation of the stock market, market competition has by the enclosure of the new market for stock market turn to white hot as grabbing food from the tiger’s mouth. In the stock market, the consumer’s position is important, only the consumer trust of the enterprise will continue to be favored, and customer’s satisfaction to enhance the customer’s trust is essential to win the consumer. Therefore, in the new 4G era, it is very important to study the customer satisfaction.In this paper, the conception in the new era of 4G, to China Mobile DY Branch as the research object, at home and abroad based on the theory and practice of customer satisfaction research, standing in the perspective of customers to look at network quality of China Mobile DY Branch, and as the research of customer’s complaints as the starting point, provides the new ideas and methods for improving the customer satisfaction of China Mobile DY Branch by building a new network satisfaction degree evaluation model. Also try to provide reference ideas and materials for China Mobile to get the user’s trust in the new competitive landscape pattern of the 4G era.This paper first based on the network, business development environment changes of China Mobile, proposed the development of mobile networks to further the customer as the center. Improve the customer satisfaction is the important prerequisite for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to China Mobile. Secondly, based on the research results of customer satisfaction at home and abroad, build a new evaluation model for China Mobile DY Branch of network satisfaction based on customer perception and the new era of network complaints situation, and use the network satisfaction evaluation model to carry out network satisfaction survey and analysis, found the main short board and the crux of the network satisfaction in 4G new network environment, the impact of China Mobile D Y Branch. Finally, for the main short boards and the cruxes, proposed the network satisfaction improvement strategy of the next step of China Mobile DY Branch from five aspects.
