"Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket" is the developing trend of the flow of agricultural products. As an important support system of distribution systems, it’s drawing more and more attention. Building effective, stable, convenient distribution systems is the key to make "Integrate with Agricultural Base Supermarket" mode develop fast and sustainable. Constructing two-way distribution systems between urban and rural areas is helpful to improve distribution efficiency, reduce circulation cost and carry out the process of urbanization.In this paper, the research object is the distribution systems of "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket", the research goal is reducing the cost of distribution, putting forward "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket" distribution model based on two-way distribution, and optimize the vehicle routing. Firstly, research "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket", distribution of "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket", distribution systems of urban and rural areas according to literature reading and investigation, summarizing the problems of current "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket" model distribution systems, analyzing the needs of building two-way distribution "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket" model. Secondly, based on overall design idea, building the network of two-way distribution "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket", constructing information platform, analyzing the implement process. Thirdly, modeling, after comprehensive thinking about the characteristic and adaptive of different algorithm, genetic algorithm is chosen as the algorithm to solve our problem, and then finish the algorithm designing based on the feature of two-way distribution "Integrate with Agricultural Base & Supermarket". Finally, according to a numerical example proving the feasibility and application value of model and algorithm, which it’s possible to reduce distribution cost by arranging reasonable number of vehicles, optimizing route and distribution time.
