Crowdfunding is a new channel of external financing, the crowdfunding platforms allow some creative entrepreneurs or enterprise to carry out the financing activities of the public under some limited conditions.This paper focus on the commodity crowdfunding. Analyses the pricing mechanism from the perspective of profit maximization model, by using the combined method of mathematical modeling and numerical analysis. This paper consists of the following contents.First, it introduces the definition of commodity crowdfunding, as well as the studies both at home and abroad. Put forward the future research ideas.Second, it analyzes the effects of the consumer’s strategic behavior on sellers’ decisions, by considering a dynamic pricing problem of two periods.Third, it is based on the second part, introduces the comparison between crowdfunding period and the retailing period. Analyzes the effects of the change of the cost of the production.At last, it is based on the research of the pricing mechanism in the second part and the third part, and introduces the definition of three coefficients: sensitivity comparative coefficient, most potential demand comparative coefficient, the cost of production comparative coefficient,. By the way of numerical analysis to show the change of the three factors’effects to the sellers’ decisions under the condition of the dynamic pricing model of part 3. Try to give some advices in the pricing mechanism of commodity crowdfunding to the commodity sellers.
