Abstract/Summary:
High-ranking company administers generally refer to the high-rising management personnel of the enterprise who common have higher educational background and abundant work experience, also, the most important is that they have a significant influence on the company’s decisions. As the decision makers of company’s internal management and the key point of foreign contact, company executives are a key link in the process of research on corporate governance and corporate performance. And, with the intensification of market competition, the advancement of economic structural reform in our country, and the improvement of the listed company system,Company senior administers as a key link in the process of research on corporate governance and corporate performance, and they play an increasingly important role in some aspects for company such as obtaining sustainable competitive advantage, corporate governance and corporate performance.In this paper, on the basis of relevant theories and the analysis of the predecessors, this article will systematically and comprehensively analyze the influential factors of executive experience subordination on corporate performance from a new perspective, which includes five parts: The first part: introduction which introduces the selected topic background and research significance, research contents and research methods, literature review, as well as the innovation and deficiency.The second part: research foundation which systematically elaborated the higher-order theory, human capital theory, resource-based theory, social capital theory.The third part: the article hypothesis is put forward. According to the research of the existing theory and research status, combined with the specific environmental situation in China, through logical analysis, this paper proposed the influential factors of executive experience subordination on corporate performance and in certain circumstances, including the influence of the high-tech industry and the degree of regional marketization, the company administers are how to adjust the subordination variable for the performance of the company in a role, which made a foundation for the following empirical analysis.The fourth part: validation of the above assumptions. From the perspective of empirical analysis, this article further validated the relationship between working experience subordination and the corporate performance. This study shows that the system with both internal and external experience helps to improve corporate performance, regional marketization and the high-tech industry can adjust the factors on the corporate performance.The fifth part: conclusion and suggestion. In this article, through the empirical analysis, the following main research conclusions are made: the system inside and outside with working experience subordination has positive correlation with corporate performance. The degree of marketization and the high-tech industry effectively adjusted the effect of executives working experience subordination on the corporate performance. Therefore, the following suggestions are made: based on the company’s characteristics, industry characteristics, and the degree of marketization in a region, the human capital management efficiency will be improved through the subordination of management personnel effectively judging. For personal development, the subordination of the past experience is judged in preliminary to select suitable industry in order to realize its own value, which is based on personal characteristics whether business or employment.
