Research On The Relationship Between Family Firm Gene And Enterprise Sustainable Growth

Family enterprises as the main body of the market economy of China’s economic and social development has important significance, however, from the point of view of the reality of the family enterprise development, only a few of the family enterprises have good development trend, most of the family enterprises to adapt to the changes in the external environment that leads them to death. The surface seems to be sustainable and healthy operation of the family business, because in the daily operation and management of ignoring their own construction, there are some obstacles of sustainable development of enterprise future risks. For is currently in the process of the reform of economic system in China, if the family business survival remains at a low level will not only cause of the allocation of the social resources are low, and also can make the economy of our country becomes more and more fragile. In this paper, the relation between the sustainable development of family enterprise gene and the enterprise were in-depth study, through the key gene to affect the sustainable development of the enterprises to identify and help family businesses to find ways to expand the space for economic development, to change the status in the market competition is relatively weak potential, to achieve the sustainable development of family enterprises.The with review of the related theory as the starting point, first of all of corporate gene and sustainable development at home and abroad research results combing, summed up the previous research deficiencies and gaps, in the literature review of the basis of the enterprise will be gene is broadly divided into four kinds of genes, respectively for entrepreneurship gene and corporate culture gene, enterprise technological gene, enterprise system gene and type of DNA segments for 11 elements of the gene. Then, based on constructing enterprise sustainable development model of family enterprise gene influence, put forward hypothesis of the relationship between family enterprise gene and the sustainable development of enterprises. The study in the questionnaire based on, using SPSS software on the sample data were statistically analyzed, after the reliability and validity of the test samples, using multiple linear regression method to verify the relationship between the enterprise gene and the sustainable development of family enterprises. The results show that the 3 independent variables of entrepreneur system, enterprise system and enterprise technology gene have a significant positive impact on the sustainable development of the family business. The positive role of corporate culture is relatively small, many of the three elements of the corporate culture gene, only learning ability has a positive effect on the sustainable development of enterprises. Finally, according to the front of the theoretical analysis and the results of the empirical study proposed some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve genetic elements to promote the sustainable development of family enterprises, and points out the limitations of this study and further research space.
