Sustainable Development Ability Evaluation And Continuous Improvement Research Of Family Enterprises In Tianjin

Family enterprise has played an increasingly important role in the development of national economy, which has taken an irreplaceable position in stabilizing economic growth, promoting international trade and technology as well as reducing unemployment. The management of this new mode of business has enjoyed a low cost, flexible decisive mechanism, sound application to the market and a good reputation for credibility. Compared with other forms of management, it has a particular advantage. It has been proved that the existence of this new mode is quite reasonable and will bring the vitality to its full play in the future. Meanwhile, we have to admit that Chinese family enterprises are still in the process of development, many of which wish to expand their scale but face many difficulties. Some businesses with large scales want to enter extensive markets, in which case, they are hampered by much hardness. That is to say, Chinese family enterprises are facing the urgent need of sustainable development. The author starts from a new point of view aiming at the evaluative systematic construction of the sustainable development for the family enterprises in Tianjin and discusses the interior and exterior factors influencing the development.In this paper, the sustainable development of family enterprise was summarized theoretically first, and then the advantages and disadvantages of family enterprises were introduced briefly. There were some influencing factors of family enterprises on the sustainable development. The author thoroughly analyzed the ubiquitous problems in the sustainable development of family enterprises and provided a reference for the establishment of the guideline systems in this regard. The article based on the SWOT analysis of family enterprises in Tianjin City and the above-mentioned research results, the capacity evaluation index system of family enterprise on the sustainable development was conducted. Based on the theory of synthetically estimate of ANP and taken family enterprises in Tianjin City as an example, we made the assessment of the family enterprise sustainable development. And on this basis, we made strategies and recommendations to the future of enterprise development to achieve the objective of enhance sustainable development capacity. Finally, according to the front analyses, the development direction and possibility suggestions of Tianjin family enterprises were put forward to continuous improve sustainable development capacity.
