Enterprise value is not made simplely of various production factors and also include goodwill, human resources and other intangible assets, mainly for enterprise use value and exchange value, such as investment value, mergers and acquisitions reorganization value, liquidation value.2015 is the most important year for the development of China’s asset assessment industry, is the key to the reform and transformation.Reviewing the past, under the Chinese market economy and the socialist environment, asset evaluation industry constantly improve evaluation of laws and regulations and evaluation theory system, and constantly create and grow a team of highly qualified and professional evaluation. Looking to the future, China’s assets appraisal industry is still an emerging continuously mature industry, also need to make full use of the western developed countries mature experience, continuously improve the assessment personnel’s professional quality and skills, and constantly improve the enterprise value evaluation system.!This thesis based onsystem domestic and foreignanalysis relevant theory about enterprise value evaluation, through the concrete enterprise value appraisal case and depth analysis, draw the conclusion:(1) in the current market environment in China, the cost evaluation of enterprise value is frequently used, cost method also has certain rationality;(2) different single asset evaluation, according to its own characteristics, selects the reasonable evaluation method, alsoconsiders using some innovative methods in this paper.!This paper is divided into seven chapters.
