Using horizontal and vertical analysis method, the longitudinal of Fujian province from 2005 to 2014, the actual use of foreign capital amount and the total foreign trade import and export of correlation analysis and least squares estimation is used to establish the related model, the transverse comparison of Fujian, Shijiazhuang, Jungian, Guangzhou four coastal cities of actual use of foreign capital amount and the influence of the total amount of import and export of foreign trade relations.
