Corporate values is the enterprise reference all acts, has extremely important implications for the continued survival and development of enterprises. It determines the common goal of corporate employees, and outside into the conduct of employees, all throughout the enterprise production, management and business activities. Corporate values, although very important, but in practice, many companies actually values in a non-conscious state, that although corporate members to implement some common values, but does not rise to the level of rational knowledge explicit. Identify their core values, their dominance will help member companies conduct examination of core values, improve and better implement. However, within the hidden values, we determine the values extracted with considerable difficulty.Core values of extraction, has been a common concern theorists and practitioners. Past studies, corporate values measured use of questionnaire and interview method. However, many researchers have questioned the data of these measurements may be obtained by member companies believe the correct expression of values or because of the subject-oriented and "camouflage" the values, not the values held by truly corporate members.
