Asset securitization is a product of economic development with the deepening of financial reform. It is not only the concrete form of corporate financing behavior, but also the concrete content of the innovation of financial products and financial instruments. From 2005 the first pen asset securitization products issued so far, asset securitization market in China is accelerating the process of development, only 2015 size has nearly 6000 billion, close to the sum of the past nine years, asset securitization business is regarded as a big wave.After the test of practice, enterprises often choose the mode of financing such as bank loans, issue bonds, stocks, etc. can to some extent alleviate the enterprise of capital demand, but with the growing scale of enterprises, problems continue to emerge, such as asset structure more complex, illiquid assets continuous accumulation, the original financing mode unable to meet demand for enterprises to revitalize the flow is poor assets, reduce financing cost, improve the financing structure etc. So why the asset securitization in the existing way of financing stand out? As the combination of debt financing and equity financing, asset securitization has the influence on the profitability, solvency, risk level and stock price of overseas Chinese town.The research problem of this paper is the financial impact of asset securitization on the overseas Chinese town. In this paper, analysis of the cases against Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Co., Ltd. (Stock abbreviation:OCT A) issued the "Happy Valley Theme Park admission certificate special asset management plan" is.
