Research On Collaborative Logistics Service Mode Of Bulk Commodity Electronic Market

Bulk commodity electronic trading is a modern service industry. It is of great significance to promote the development of commodity trading, commodity circulation and service system, and to ensure the national economy. Logistics is an important component in bulk commodity trading. Now, Bulk Commodity Electronic Market(BCEM) only provides simple and traditional logistics service mode, which leads to a weak relevance between logistics service and market. The service level and efficiency needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to study the traditional logistics service mode, to strengthen the attention of logistics service, improve the concept of logistics service and operation mechanism, and promote the synchronous development.The research object is logistics service of BCEM. Based on the research of service supply chain and logistics service mode, contents of this paper are:Firstly, this paper presents the situation of BCEM, and analyzes the definition, the participants and the traditional model of BCEM via service supply chain theory. Then, this paper analyzes the cost of the BCEM through transaction cost theory and introduces the game theory and evolutionary game theory.Secondly, this paper explores the collaborative logistics service model of BCEM. On the basis of clarifying the relationship of service supply chain and logistics service mode, this paper studies the traditional logistics service mode of BCEM, including the situation, definition and classification, service flow analysis, evolution motivation. Then, this paper puts forward the Collaborative Logistics Service Model (CLSM), and compares with the traditional logistics service model, designs its service flow, and determines its new service supply chain model and five cooperative relations. And the feasibility of CLSM is preliminarily proved by a case analysis of TEWOO.Thirdly, this paper studies the operational mechanism of collaborative logistics service mode. After the explanations of operational mechanism, this paper establishes an operational model of buyers with/without CLSM by transaction cost theory and Hotelling model, and proves the feasibility of CLSM. The model of collaborative logistics service operational mechanism under four cooperative relations (decentralized cooperation, equity alliances, shared cooperation and vertical integration) is established by the newsboy model and supply chain contract. Then this paper designs an example combined with bulk commodity trading and demand volatility characteristics, analyzes the results and verify the effectiveness of the model to guide the actual operation of BCEM.Lastly, this paper studies the cooperative relationship between BCEM and the logistics service provider under the collaborative logistics service mode. In the case of "bounded rationality", the evolutionary game model of cooperative relationship between BCEM and the logistics service provider is established by evolutionary game theory and classical game model. Then this paper analyzes the process and the result of the model and gets the simulation results with Matlab. It gives the suggestions on the operation of cooperative relationship in collaborative logistics service mode for BCEM.
