With the acceleration of urbanization, the agricultural land resources in Shanghai, especially the sustainable reduction of arable land resources, the quality of arable land can not be guaranteed, the implementation of the minimum agricultural production quantity index is more and more difficult. The use of existing information technology tools, integrated management platform for Shanghai city on the construction of agricultural land, on the outskirts of Shanghai agricultural land resources quantity and space distribution and utilization of continuous dynamic monitoring and management, and relevant departments to protect cultivated land resources, management of agricultural production, agricultural subsidies, agricultural social service work to provide data and support services.The analysis of Shanghai agricultural integrated management platform needs analysis and functional design based on, the design of the system construction of the overall mentality, the technical framework and database design, and focus on the front-end to achieve the key technology. Then for agricultural diversification of data acquisition, data service, data management and visualization analysis module achieve in-depth study, the initial realization of the integrated management platform for Shanghai city agricultural land basic function framework and prototype. In the end, the paper explores how to provide the GIS data and function service of agricultural land by using the GIS application of planting industry insurance as an example.The results of Shanghai agricultural comprehensive management platform is based on our own research and development laboratory ccgis software platform for design and development, and the integrated use of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript to realize the performance of UI layer, business logic layer. After preliminary test application, this paper studies the feasibility of the technical route, the prototype of the platform to further improve and expand, Shanghai agricultural production management department and related business systems to provide services.
