The enterprise resource planning (ERP) the theory of business process reengineering (BPR) method and the introduction of project management methods in power engineering, power engineering construction to carry out research on business process reengineering, to enhance the power engineering construction The core competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance.This paper carried out the relevant theoretical research, focuses on the principles and methods of business process reengineering, discusses the principle and core ERP system theory and analyses the dialectical relationship between BPR and ERP, combined with the characteristics of electric power engineering construction project is studied the basic theory of project management, implementation of power engineering construction business process reengineering and project management has laid a good foundation. Secondly, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, the theory of business process reengineering into company project management and ERP, analyzes the management of TPPC company engineering construction organization and management status and problems, the design ideas and implementation steps of power engineering construction management the overall business process, the overall design of power engineering construction business process framework. The overall business process framework not only straighten out the power engineering construction management flow Process, but also for the construction of the project management professional development put forward feasible management method.
