Study On Weihai TJ Village Bank Development Strategy

"Three rural" issue has always been one of the important problems faced by China’s economic development, No matter from the financial product promotion coverage or financial institutions,rural areas are far behind in the urban areas, It became one of the important factors of restricting the development of our country "three agriculture" 。In order to solve a major problem, the central government and the people’s bank of China has adopted a series of measures, and the birth of village Banks is complied with national rural financial support this trend。This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part is the introduction, points out the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research results, this paper summarizes the main research contents and methods, the innovation of this paper; second part defines the concept of rural banks and related theoretical basis; the third part of the TJ village bank development present situation analysis and the environment, and points out that the TJ village bank development stage and the development of the internal and external environment, industry conditions, and uses the SWOT model to analyze and summarize the TJ village bank’s internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats; the fourth part is the third chapter according to the development of TJ Village bank is presented in the context of a new era of TJ village bank strategic choice and strategic security measures, pointed out the direction for the TJ village bank to realize sustainable and healthy development; the fifth part draws the relevant conclusions according to the above research。The innovation of this paper lies mainly in using the five forces analysis to analysis rural banking industry competition environment, using SWOT analysis model and carries on the system analysis to the Weihai TJ village banks in the external environment and advantages and disadvantages, analysis of the TJ village banks sustained long-term development of the key factors. Constructed by the TJ village bank registered capital, customer, assets accounted for ratio, network layout and other aspects introduced a large number of data, system analysis the TJ village banks at the present stage of development of the existing problems and the combination of the development of the strategic management knowledge and TJ village bank, put forward corresponding inclusive financial development strategy planning, provide a valuable reference to the development of village banks.
