“Three rural” has always been the key and difficult issue for China’s socialistmodernization construction. As the continuous development of rural economy, singlelag of financial supply mode has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs ofrural residents’ financial services, combined with the new rural construction requiresenormous financial support, making the money supply in rural areas a huge gap,severely restricted the economic construction and social development in rural areas inChina. Against this background, the China Banking Regulatory Commission proposednew financial reforms pilot carried out in rural banking institutions in rural areas, itspurpose is to solve the rural financial supply and the problem of the “Three Rural”loan difficult.Since the start of the construction pilot on March1,2007, the development ofVillage Banks in China has been more than six years. In this more than six years,nearly seven years of development, the Village Banks have been paid much attentionby our country, and developed fast. As of February7,2013, the country set up1502Village Banks (including part of Village Banks’ branches). Village Banks to keephealthy, rapid and stable development has the very vital significance for our country’srural economic growth and the construction of a new type of rural financial servicesystem in China. However, Village Banks in our country is still in pilot stage, a lot ofproblems also inevitably appear in the process of running, such as targeting deviatefrom the "Three Rural ", internal governance disorders, poor clearing channels, capitalsource shortage, weak regulation, financial products obsolescence.From the current situation of the development of Village Banks in our country atpresent stage, and based on the perspective of the rural financial ecologicaloptimization, this article further studied of the development path problem of VillageBanks in our country in the future.First of all, this article cleared the research background, purpose and significanceof this paper in the first part of the introduction, and overview the current researchstatus quo of domestic and international about Village Banks, illustrated the research method and ideas of this paper, it is an overall introduction to the generality of the fulltext;Then, this article defined the connotation of the rural financial ecology andVillage Banks in the theoretical study of the second part, and analyzed the factors thatinfluence the rural financial ecology, laying the foundation to the research of thisarticle;Then, in the third part, this paper again analysed the close relationship betweenthe benign development of Village Banks and the rural financial ecologicaloptimization: mainly use the principle of ecology, by constructing the rural financialecological chain Chart, further studied the indispensable important position of VillageBanks in rural financial ecological construction, but also made a SWOT analysis forthe future development of Village Banks in our country in the third section of thischapter, thus it is concluded that the development of Village Banks also need a goodrural financial ecological environment;Finally, in basis of the fourth part drawing lessons from the successful cases offoreign village and town banks, and according to the actual situation of our country,the article designed three paths of the Village Banks in our country to involve in theoptimization of rural financial ecology, namely: optimize the targeting, optimize theoperation and management mode, optimize the external coordination mechanism;In addition, through this study, the article also drew the following conclusionsabout the development of village Banks in the final sixth part:(1) Village Bankdevelopment: opportunities and challenges (2) Village Bank development: accuratepositioning is the premise (3) Village Bank development: innovative products andservices is the key.
