A Study Of China’s Import Trade Technology Spillover Absorption Ability

In 2013, the concept of “the Belt and Road”, means that China and relevant countries will rely on the existing b ilateral and multilateral mechanisms, keep the existing and effective platform for regional cooperation, uphold the open spirit of regional cooperation, maintain the free trade system and the open world economy. In order to achieve the strategic goal of the “the Belt and Road”, researching the trade technology spillover and absorptive capacity of the major provinces, can give us a better understanding of the absorptive capacity and technology spillovers of import trade in C hina, In addition, the research can provide suggestions of promoting domestic technology through import trade.In this paper, I take the panel data of “the Belt and Road” main provinces as the research object, reference related literature and research the technology spillover effect about absorptive capacity. This paper will be divided into six parts: the first part is introduction. The second part is literature review on technology spillovers of import trade research, including research methods and research perspectives, foreign R&D capital stock calculation, the mechanism of import trade technology spillovers of import trade and absorptive capacity. The third part is the theory analysis of the import trade technology spillover effect, first introduces the related concepts of technology spillover and the absorptive capacity; Secondly discusses the import trade of technology spillover and the absorptive capacity theory background; Finally explains the way and the transmission mechanism of import trade technology spillovers. The fourth part is present situation and technology spillovers of import trade influence elements in “the Belt and Road” province. The technology spillover effect factors are mainly based on the absorptive capacity. The fifth mainly tells the import trade technology spillover of empirical test and the result analysis. The sixth part is the conclusion and related suggestions, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis conclusion, this part is mainly put forward the relevant policy recommendations.In terms of innovation, the article mainly pays attention to the research perspectives and absorptive capacity index. Firstly, the article put s main provinces panel data as the research object, which in line with the time background and can provide the reference of strategic goal. Secondly, there exists rare literature on the financial market variables as indicators, this article will put financial market variable as a measure of absorptive capacity, which is an innovation point.
