The Study Of The Impact Of Offshore Financial Market Development On Rmb Internationalization

Offshore finance is one of the most important international financial innovations,it have been greatly developed in size and variety in recent years. The development of offshore financial market can promote the process of currency globalization,this view is supported by theoretical research and practical experience. This article elaborated the influence of offshore financial market’s development for currency internationalization from the view of theory and practical experience point. And this paper demonstrates the rationality of the theoretical analysis from the angle of empirical, quantify the impact of offshore financial markets on U.S. and Japan’s internationalization currency.Current international situation and the need of our country’s development raises higher standard for RMB internationalization. Promoting RMB internationalization is still one of the important goals of our country now. By analyzing the experience of United States and Japan, this paper draw the conclusion that, our country should learn from their experience, continue develop our offshore financial market to push RMB internationalization. This paper demonstrates offshore financial market has a positive role in promoting RMB internationalization, using empirical research method. As a result,the development of offshore financial market become more realistic. Finally, based on the discussion of above chapters, this paper puts forward suggestions on the development of offshore financial market,to promote RMB internationalization.
