Furthermore Chinese economy will maintain its rapid growth in both quality and quantity in the forseeable future.With the development of Chinese economy, China woul definitely play a vital role in the world. Therefore,as one of the important symbols of an economy’s international influence,the internationalization of RMB has become increasingly urgent. In recent years, Chinese scholars made many research on the issue of the internationalization of RMB. The internationalization of RMB has become a popular topic in today’s academic society and many proposals have been made to accelerate the process of the internationalization of RMB.This thesis begins with the analysis of the difficulties faced with the internationalization of RMB, and then proposed the construction of RMB offshore market to accelerate the process of the internationalization of RMB.Finally,some substantial matters about the construction of RMB offshore market are discussed.This thesis is divided into5parts.the first part made a brief introduction of the selected topic’s background and significance,and a comprehensive analysis on domestic and foreign research papers related to the internationalization of RMB and offshore financial markets.The second part analyses the current situation and obstacles met by the RMB.In the end of this part,strategic significance of the construction of RMB offshore market is introduced through the analysis on present situation and obstacles RMB’s internationalization,and then this paper proposed the construction of RMB offshore market.The third part begins with the process of the development of Euro-dollar market and its impact on the internationalization of US dollar,then pointed out what can wen learn from the Euro-dollar market.The fourth part begins with the explanation of why we choose Hong Kong, Singapore and London as the place where we construct RMB offshore market,then pointed out the advantages they have.Several policies and measures are proposed in the last part.
