The Investigation And Study Of The Major Farm-holders’ The Willingnesses For Farming And The Farming-interrelated Influential Factors In Qiyang County

Based on the major farm-holders’advantages of resources in Qiyang county and taking their willingnesses for farming and the farming-interrelated influential factors as the research objects, this paper, from a microscopic view of peasant households, mainly focuses on studying the inherent patterns that can influence the formation of farm hoseholders’ behaviors, including their mechanism, characteristics and influential factors, to analyze the performances and influential factors of farm-holders’operating behaviors. Both theoretical and empirical analyises will be used to analyze the main problems that the major farm-holders are facing, and to summarize the factors that can influence the farm-holders’ willingnesses, and then to propose some countermeasures and suggestions to support the development of the major farm-holders.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction to explain the background, purpose and significance of this paper and to review the relevant theories; In the second part, the farm-holders in Qiyang who play an important role in promoting modem agriculture will be defined including their status and their stage of development,This part will be analyzed mainly from the construction of infrastructure, agricultural science and technology progress, agricultural machinery operation scope, grain yield per unit area and land scale management and so on; In the third part, analyzing the present situation of major farm-holders, including the major farm-holders’basic situation, their characteristics, production management and incomes, and the main problems that they are facing during their development; Part four is mainly to analyze the major farm-holders’willingness for farming and their operating situation,and their cognition of policy and so on; In the fifth part, The fifth part,analyze the influence factors of the major farm-holders’willingnesses for farming in Qiyang, mainly includes internal factors and external factors. The sixth part, some countermeasures and suggestions for supporting the major farm-holders’development will be proposed on the basis of various apspects, including the improvement of agricultural subsidies system, the expansion of capital investment, the intensification of agricultural service system, the standardization of rural-land transaction systems, the stabilization of agricultural capital and food price, the establishment of special suporting funds and so on.
