A Research Of The Influential Factors Of Participation In Non-farm Activities Of Rural Laborer In The Northwest

China has a large agricultural population,70%of the total population is peasants. Large groups of farmers is both one of the important force of building socialism, and also one of the groups severely challenges China’s socialism construction. Thus, for the rural issue, The state has made a series of policies and responses to solve the problem of "rural". Among the problems, farmers, rural areas, Agriculture, are urgent problems to be solved. But the most important of which is the problems of farmers. The issue of farmers is the main part of the rural construction and agricultural, It relates to rural and agriculture development. Meanwhile, Rural labor force participation in non-farm activities related to both rural development and the progress of urbanization.This article aims to focus on the status of the northwest region of the rural labor force and their participation in non-farm activities, use of the logistic model to analyze the factors affecting Northwest rural labor force to participate in non-farm activities by factors of three levels of individuals, families and rural communities. The results show that:personal factors, gender, age, the rural labor force participation in non-farm activities has significant; family factors, family per capita income of the rural labor force participation in non-farm activities was significant; factors of rural communities, rural communities that home region with significant rural labor force participation in non-farm activities, in order to verify the gender, age, per capita household income and household region, the rural labor force participation in non-farm activities is influential.
