The relationship between entrepreneurship and the growth of SMEs is an important research project. Most of the existing researches on the growth of SMEs are based on resource-based theory. Practically speaking, external factors promoting the development of SMEs including social network, strategic alliance, virtual organization and other external resources, internal factors include human resources, organizational learning ability, capital and other internal resources. Meanwhile, growing numbers of researchers come to realize that the importance of external environment. Researches focus on the causality of environment, taking situational factors into consideration at the same time. These studies make resource-based theory and situational theory become the two main research perspectives for the study of the growth of SMEs. But these two kinds of research perspectives are independent, which makes the existing research has one-sided. This article emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship, combined resource-based theory and situational theory, exploring the growth of SMEs under the environment of high dynamic and high resource requirements. This paper selects a Chinese enterprise as the object, using grounded theory to find that entrepreneurship can promote the leaders of SMEs to make decisions, then forms the ability of innovation, organizational learning and social networking capabilities, which are directly promote the growth of the companies. At the same time, enterprise behavior will also have a reaction to entrepreneurship and create a new entrepreneurial spirit eventually. This paper has gained some breakthrough and innovation in following parts. Firstly, combined resource-based theory and situational theory, exploring the growth mechanism of SMEs from a more comprehensive perspective. Secondly, clarify the process of enterprise scientific decision-making, especially emphasize that the decision-making behavior should fully analyze the internal and external factors of the enterprise. Thirdly, reveals the mechanism of enterprise dynamic capability evolution. This paper discusses how dynamic capability of enterprises generated and makes a scientific analysis of its mechanism. Fourthly, figures out the differences between dynamic capabilities and static abilities. At last, realized that enterprise dynamic abilities have reaction to entrepreneurship. This paper constructs the mechanism model of the relationship between entrepreneurship and growth of SMEs, making up for the lack of existing theory and reveals the mechanism of "black box".
