After entering the information age, the influence of Internet on social is growing. E-commerce as a direct product of "Internet+economy", is becoming a enormous influence which is enough to compete with real economy, and subsequently there has been a lot of e-business models unique to the Internet era.At present, whether traditional business or e-commerce companies have declared layout 020 model to achieve the integration of online and offline, although two-integrated model has broad prospects for businesses and users, and it can create tremendous value, but this model is still not very clear, We need continuously to explore and theoretical research guidance.On the condition that Chengdu has a huge shoe production and processing capacity, being in a leading position, particularly in women’s shoes, but due to the financial crisis and the impact of e-commerce, It’s difficult for Chengdu shoe to survive, Under this context, the project proposed Chengdu shoe 020 double integrated business model.First, this paper describes the background and significance of into shoes net project, the basic situation and advantages of 020 double integrated business model, Chengdu shoe 020 double integrated business model; the second part introduces the internal and external environment around into shoes net, respectively using PEST model, Porter’s five forces model, SWOT model to analyze the overall environment, the competitive environment, the internal environment. And based above introduction,this part presents into shoes net’s competitive advantage and strategic position; The third part based on environmental analysis sets forth into shoes net’s market strategy-choosing women’s shoes segment market as target market, the approach used is market segmentation, target market segmentation, market positioning (STP). Next, marketing mix strategy product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy, marketing strategy are proposed; The fourth, fifth parts are information about into shoes net’s operating process, they are both important aspects, one is network platform construction, the other is promote operational program; The sixth part are about the business model of into shoes network, the financial advantages of physical stores, website, and profit source of platform; Next part, it predicted into shoes net’s capital requirements, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and by calculating the operational capacity indicators and net profit indicators,it concludes that into shoes net is of high investment value; Part VIII analysis the risks of into shoes network and the program to avoid risks.
