The trend encourages Sichuan Jialun Water Industry Ltd. to launch a new project based upon its longstanding industry experience and professional advantages. This paper takes the firn small molecules alkalescence glacier mineral water project as the research object, analyses the feasibility and potential operation management of the project, and puts forward recommendations accordingly.First of all, the facts of the proposed project, company’s basic conditions, intellectual properties, and relevant technologies are described in detail, and thorough market prospects analysis is conducted. Secondly, the location and layout of the plant, the design and planning of the production lines along with infrastructures and facilities, as well as other aspects relating to the project are discussed. Sanitary standards and quality control measures are also highlighted. At the same time, overall planning, organization structures, department and job description, corporate development plans has been drafted in this paper in order to realize potential growth. Thirdly, potential financing channels and solutions are compared in order to secure best performance.
