In modern society, knowledge become more strategic significance to the development of organization, it has an important effect on organizational performance. In the long run,only personal knowledge is transformed into organizational knowledge, which can realize its economic value. But in practical work,employees tend to lack the sense of possession of the organization, they are always reluctant to share the knowledge. Previous empirical studies have shown that transformational leadership have stronger prediction function in sharing knowledge, easier to affect employee’s psychology and behavior patterns. Its functional paths,namely the relations between transformational leadership and knowledge sharing still need further study. The paper focused on the impact of transformational leadership and four dimensions on knowledge sharing and three dimensions. And we also selected psychological ownership toward organization as the mediator variable.Firstly, the concept of transformational leadership and organization psychological ownership and knowledge sharing were defined; secondly, this paper put forward the research hypothesis and established a structural equation model, in order to describe the relationship between the three; finally, the data are collected through the questionnaire, and used SPSS and LISREL statistical software for reliability and validity test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation analysis.Empirical study results show that the behaviors like “moral example” and “vision inspired” of transformational leadership had markedly active impact on knowledge sharing and its three dimension, but “personal care” only had significantly positive impact on thesharing intention and the sharing behavior, and “charisma” only had significantly positive impact on the sharing behavior; transformational leadership and its four dimensions had significantly positive impact on organization psychological ownership; organization psychological ownership had significantly positive effect on knowledge sharing; organization psychological ownership played some intermediary role on the effect of transformational leadership on knowledge sharing.Finally, we got the management implications: the organization should use a variety of ways to foster transformational leadership behavior; organizational leaders should optimize the leadership style and behavior, and enhance employee’s psychological ownership.
