As the coming of knowledge economic, knowledge, as an important resource, has become an indispensable element for co-operations who want to get competition strengths in the business society. To improve the use of knowledge, knowledge sharing has been put on a significant position, which influence a company’s knowledge management level and the performance of a company.The thesis sets psychological ownership as an independent variable, knowledge sharing as a dependent variable and perceptions of organizational politics as a moderator. The psychological ownership is divided into two types: prevention-focused psychological ownership and promotion-focused psychological ownership, and further divided into four dimensions:sense of prevention, sense of self-efficiency, sense of responsibility and sense of identity. After conducting an empirical research in companies, the paper arrives at these conclusions:Firstly, the sense of prevention has negative effect on knowledge sharing, sense of responsibility and identity have positive effect on knowledge sharing, but relation between sense of self-efficiency and knowledge sharing has not been proved. Secondly, perceptions of organizational politics moderates positively the relation between sense of prevention and knowledge sharing, it also moderates negatively the relation between sense of responsibility and knowledge sharing, but it does not work in regarding of sense of identity.According to the results of this study, the paper raises suggestions on business management. On one hand, manufacturers should take activities to weaken prevention-focused psychological ownership and strengthen promotion-focused psychological ownership. One the other hand, companies should open information communication channels to reduce employees’ perceptions of organizational politics.
