Study On The Quality Evaluation And Spatial Differentiation Of The Economic Development,in Changjiang River Economic Belt

Since twenty-first Century, China’s economic development has achieved remarkable achievements.Regardless of the total economic growth or growth rate is in the world’s leading position. The overall national strength and international status continue to upgrade.At the same time, the waste of resources, environmental pollution, ecological damage, excess capacity, the gap between the rich and the poor has been highlighted. The scientific concept of development put forward to achieve "good and fast" development, it shows that economic development should not only pay attention to the speed of economic development, but also pay attention to the improvement of the quality of economic development.Changjiang River economic belt across the eastern, central and western economic corridor, which is developed in the Changjiang River Basin, has a high economic density, in the country’s economic development and its important strategic position. Therefore the analysis of the quality of economic development in the Changjiang River economic belt, the measure of the difference in quality between the interior and the whole, has important practical significance to study the causes of the differences.This research is based on the theory of "T" type structure strategy, regional equilibrium and non equilibrium development, and summarizes the research of other scholars. Paper selected from 1999 to 2014 the Changjiang River Economic Belt of the data, according to the quality of economic development of the concept and objectives of the research design economic development effectiveness, stability, coordination, connection, innovation, sharing a total of seven dimensions 20 of the index system, and use entropy weight method to calculate the index weight and index scores.On the one hand, the paper makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on the economic development of the Changjiang River economic belt over the years. On the other hand, the index evaluation of the Changjiang River economic belt, and compared with the Silk Road Economic Zone, the coastal economic zone for comparison. This study focuses on the analysis of the differences in the quality of economic development in the Changjiang River economic belt, and then studies the temporal and spatial changes of the quality of economic development in the Changjiang River economic belt.Finally draws the conclusion: the Changjiang River Economic Belt economic development quality generally showed first increased and then decreased trend, the effectiveness and sustainability of economic development showed a rising trend, innovation and relation showed a downward trend, the stability, coordination and sharing presentation on fluctuations in the trend of instability.After 2008, the quality index of the Changjiang River Economic Belt gradually declined,which is similar to the change trend of economic development innovation and economic development. It shows that the quality of economic development is influenced by the scientific and technological innovation and regional economic ties.In the spatial structure, the quality of economic development of the Changjiang River economic belt is located in the eastern region, with a large deviation from the geometric center of gravity. The characteristics of the typical high and low economic development quality areas are very stable, in the middle and high quality area, the group like extension,low and medium quality sporadic point distribution. The Changjiang River Economic Belt basically formed from east to west, from north to south the quality of economic development shows a decreasing gradient.
