| Since the reform and opening up,the economy of China has maintained rapid growth for many years,the GDP has leapt to the world's second,the quality of life has improved significantly,and the national strength has continuously increased.But behind the amount and speed of China's economic growth,It still has high risk,such as the problem of economic development quality and efficiency,and the structure of the periodic problem in economic development,system and mechanism obstacles etc.These problems have greatly weakened the driving force for China's sustained economic growth and reduced the welfare of the people's livelihood,which indicates that the quality of economic development in our country needs to be improved at the present stage.The Yangtze River economic belt in China's economic development pattern has an important strategic position and it's an important link between the East and West region of China.The Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations,the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomerations and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations are corresponding to the three regions,which are play an important role in the development of national urban agglomerations.Therefore,it is of important theoretical and practical significance to study the quality of urban agglomerations economic development from different perspectives and scales to promote the development of the Yangtze River economic belt.Based on the above considerations,and related the theory in economics,sociology,geography and other disciplines,from the system of scientific research methods and measurement of geography,construction of "theoretical analysis-research framework-countermeasure analysis".First of all,based on the analysis and summarizes the connotation of the quality of the economic development of the definition,measurement methods,influence factors,empirical research achievements and existing problems may exist;secondly,through the definition of the core concept of the quality of economic development,urban agglomerations,constructing the basic theory combined with the theory of development economics theory,the theory of sustainable development combing;thirdly,the use of comprehensive evaluation method,from the three scales of the three major urban agglomerations,cities,core cities,revealed the economic development quality evolution characteristics and comparative analysis of 2000~2015 in urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River economic belt;finally,recognizing the leading factor and obstacles of the quality of economic development.The main conclusions of the thesis include:(1)The quality of economic development in the three major urban agglomerations fluctuated upward trend in 2000~2015 and the Yangtze River economic belt,the difference of economic development quality declined slightly in fluctuation,and the internal differences of urban agglomerations is greater than the difference between the urban agglomerations;The quality of industrial structure is the main driving force of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations and the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.The driving force of the quality of ChengduChongqingurban agglomerations is the condition of resource and environment.The Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations leads in the rest of the city,but the growth rate lagged behind,the differences of the inner urban agglomerations: the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations>Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations>the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Urban agglomerations.(2)In 2000~2015,the 63 cities of the three major urban agglomerationss ranked the forefront of the main city as the core urban agglomerations and the center of region,cities in the edge of middle and west urban agglomerations ranked behind;the quality of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations ranked in the top five city is located in the city along the Yangtze River,and the core group of developed coastal areas,the cities of lower quality located in southern Zhejiang and the Zhejiang and Shanghai provinces border area,the ranked in the top of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Urban agglomerations are located in the city as the capital and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations,the ranked in last five is located in the central region of Hunan Province,Hubei Province and Jiangxi Province.The spatial feature of economy development quality in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations showed obvious "dumbbell",the top ranked city located mainly in the two core cities of Chengdu and Chongqing,the lower ranked city located mainly in the east and southwest of the urban agglomerations,and other marginal and core cities.The top ten cities were Nanjing,Suzhou,Shanghai,Wuxi,Wuhan,Mianyang,Chengdu,Changsha,Nanchang and Hangzhou,arranging at the latter tenare Dazhou,Meishan,Leshan,Xinyu,Ziyang,Yichang,Huanggang,Guang'an,Fuzhou and Loudi.(3)In 2000~2015,the three main urban agglomerations of prefecture level city economic development quality is divided into four types,that is high quality,medium and high quality,medium and low quality,low quality,spatial distribution for urban agglomerationss presents the feature of high to low from the east to west and in the urban agglomerations presents the feature of the circle structure.From the various types of quantity,showing in the mediumand lower part of a larger number of "spindle" characteristics,The quality of economic development presents in the low level overall;from the spatial distribution,the high quality city is mainly located in the cities which are surrounding the core,the high quality cities locate in Hangzhou,South central Nanchang,Jiangsu and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,western,low quality type mainly located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River Urban agglomerations in central and east of Chengdu-Chongqing urbanagglomerations,low quality cities are mainly distributed on the edge of the urban agglomerations area.(4)In 2000~2015,the spatial distribution of the quality of economic development in cities is positively correlated,and the local correlation of each city is also significant.The global autocorrelation shows that the quality of distribution was obvious clustering in space,and the whole trend is "down-up-down";from the local autocorrelation analysis,the urban agglomerations of the quality of economic development from 2000 to show the low value of spatial agglomerations and in 2015 shows the high value of spatial agglomerations,spatial distribution,evolution from the West and East gradient structure obviously periphery gradient difference under the center of overall structure.(5)In 2000~2015,The core cities of the three main urban agglomerations present differences in the quality of economic development and be gradually increased,the city of Shanghai and Nanjing ranked the top two,city of Chongqing has been in the end,The rank of Wuhan and Chengdu rise fast,while Hangzhou ranked lower obviously.At the development of the subsystem,the difference of economic growth and the level of scientific and technological progress are obviously,and difference of the regional social development and the level of industrial structure is small.(6)The leading factor analysis of the quality of economic development result shows that the industrial structure and resource environment are the main factors;scientific and technological progress and industrial structure have great influence on the high quality and medium-high quality city,resource environment and the industrial structure are the impact factors of the middle-low and low quality city.The development of science and technology have significantly influence on the core cities.According to the diagnosis results of obstacle factors,the technological progress and economic growth are the obstacle factors to the quality of economic development. |
