Existing theoretical research has proved the effectiveness of supply chain finance (SCF) service to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), which mainly caused by asymmetric information, from the perspectives of relationship lending, for example. In China, since the original Shenzhen Development Bank first proposed supply chain finance business models and carried out the pilot practice in 2006, supply chain finance service has risen as a new business of commercial banks in the country.This article aims to explore and analyze the understanding and practicing condition of the domestic commercial banks of supply chain finance service, and to explore the effectiveness of supply chain finance to solve SME financing difficulties in practice. By studying the existing theory and practice of SCF, this article will focus on case study of a SCF practice (in which H aquaculture company as a core business) taken by Z bank from the aspects of main supply chain finance, supply chain finance business plan and risk control. At the end of it, the article sums up the features of this operational program, which includes industry professional, in-depth understanding of SCF, risk control and management from beginning to end, full consideration of the value realization, and finally makes full use of SCF to serve the small businesses in financing difficulties. At the same time analysis the limits due to its development strategy, inadequate credit management system and platform construction, in order to obtain the experience accumulation and the optimized and innovative directions for commercial banks on SCF, and to achieve win-win situation among all SCF participants.
