With the speeding up of global economic integration and the coming of the network information age, enterprises are faced with the increasingly complex business environment. In the risk and opportunity, under the pressure of survival and development, how to get advantage in the market competition, and form a larger social influence and charisma, is especially important for companies. In 2015, the state grid corporation of fortune for the fifth straight year, the world top 500.7, become the world’s largest utilities. As an important energy supply of the state-owned backbone enterprise, and actively implement the national energy development strategy, made outstanding contribution for the national economic and social development. But the social value of grid function is highly dependent on and the lack of serious asymmetry of emotional value of the company, the company’s powerful innovation and execution not form a corresponding social influence and charisma. Visible, company needs to implement the strategy of brand leads, matching the corresponding brand communication strategy, to reverse the present construction state grid external image still lags behind the situation of enterprise inner quality promotion.
