Research On The Financial Support Question Of The High-Tech Industry Of Guangxi Province

High-tech industry is a new industry with higher technological content, added higher value and labor productivity than traditional industries. The development of high-tech industry mostly depends on the investment of scientific research funds. In the recent years, although the high-tech industry has been developing in a gratifying speed in Guangxi, there are still some problems currently in the development of high-tech industry in Guangxi. As an important support for the development of high-tech industry, the fund affects its development process seriously. Therefore, the research on the support effect of finance to Guangxi high-tech industry, solve the problems to the source of funds in the development of high-tech industry, all that mentioned shows those is the key to promote the development of Guangxi high tech industry.Through collecting the relevant literature and statistics data of Guangxi high-tech industry, this paper showed the relationship between Guangxi high-tech industrial development and the loan of financial institutions, government funds and equity funds by the empirical analysis method of the multiple linear regression, and analysis the present situation of financial support for the development of high-tech industry in Guangxi. This paper proposes some existing problems in Guangxi, which are the smaller financial support scale, the poorly financial support structure, low financial support efficiency and so on. Finally, combined with the actual situation in Guangxi, putting forward to the concrete countermeasures to raise the fund supporting effect of the development of Guangxi high-tech industry. Firstly, expanding the scale of the financial support, enlarging the effect of the loan from the financial institutions, encouraging the enterprises listing and opening the overseas markets. Secondly, broading the financial support channels, and improving the financial investment markets. Finally, establishing the credit guarantee system of high-tech enterprises and actively exploring the science and technology insurance markets for reducing the risk of company finance and improving the efficiency of the use of funds.
