A Research On Financial Support Of High-tech Industry In China

After coming into the era of knowledge economy, science and technology have an increasingly important position in the development of national economy. With the high-tech industry taking off, a number of fast growing high-tech enterprises are emerging in China. As a booster for the national economic development, how high-tech industry to play the full leading role and adjust the current policy to promote its development rapidly and stably, become the priority problem we must concern.The support and investment of financial institutions is a prerequisite for the development of high-tech industry. The support and encouragement of the national policy can ensure its development. As an important part of the modern economy, the financial relationship relates to the efficiency and speed of the national economic development. So if financial factors are invalid, the economy will be faced with problems of low efficiency in financing, capital shortage and so on. In order to promote the national economic development, increasing the financial investment has become the only way.The research method in this paper are the combination of history and reality way, and the comparison of domestic and foreign experience. By taking financial theory as the theoretical foundation, and financial support as the starting point, the author expects to reveal some problems in financial support system which assist Chinese high-tech industry. Additionally, the author hopes to research on how to use the financial instrument to provide financial support for China’s high-tech industry, and the interactive development mechanism in the high-tech industry and financial. Furthermore, according to the characteristics of China’s high-tech industry, the paper aims to build a sound financial system, to push a better development of high-tech industry.
