Micro, small and medium enterprises, which are the major force of economic and social sustainable development, the power source of innovation, the major channel of employment, had become an important part of the national economy. However, based on their own characteristics, those enterprises in the process of development are also facing many problems, in which financing difficult is considered to be one of the major obstacles restricting their development. In recent years, although the central and local governments are highly pay attention to the development of micro, small and medium enterprises, and various preferential policies have been introduced, financing problems of micro, small and medium enterprises, the key of development, is still no significant difference. Solving the problem of micro, small and medium enterprises financing difficulties effectively, is not only good to the healthy development the micro, small and medium enterprises, but also benefit to the stability of the national economy keeping the sustainable and healthy development. Thus, to strengthen the study of micro, small and medium enterprises financing problem has important theoretical and realistic significance.In this thesis, basic theory of economics analysis was frist applied to micro, small and medium enterprises financing problems. With micro, small and medium enterprises financing situation in Heping district, Tianjin as the breakthrough point, through the questionnaire survey method, the first-hand information about micro, small and medium enterprises financing requirements within this respective jurisdictions, was obtained. Analyzing the present situation of the financing requirement, financing channels, financing difficulties, etc, and indicated the causes of financing difficulties. At the same time, combining with the regional development situation of Heping district of Tianjin, this thesis try to explore solutions to micro, small and medium enterprises financing difficulties and financing ways. Finally, comparing with the advanced experience of other countries and our country some provinces and cities, this thesis suggest some countermeasures to moderate relieve the contradictions of financing problem of micro, small and medium enterprises, like the strengthening policy support, the implementation of micro, small and medium enterprises loan risk compensation mechanism, to reduce the micro, small and medium enterprises financing costs, improve the credit system construction, other no-bank financing institutions financing involvement, and promote qualified enterprises go public, etc.
