Tianjin Financing Support Research Of Private Economy

Private economy, as the most active sector of the entire national economy, has been showing strong vitality and development potential, but the vast majority of private enterprises are facing difficulties. Such as operating costs, profit margins having been compressed, production and management instability, lack of credit history, poor ability to withstand risks.Especially in the course of business financing, financing difficulties have given insurmountable obstacles to private enterprises in the development process.After the reform and opening up, China’s private economy has shown good momentum of rapid development and has become an important part of the national economic development.But its financing status quo is not optimistic.We make the analysis and backward the economic development. In the process from slowed market economy to advanced market economy,private enterprises have been troubled by financing constraints.Practice shows that in the world, problem of financing is the biggest problem in restricting development of private enterprises. Therefore, analysis of private enterprises’ financing situation and the cause will help review the basic practice of private enterprise financing.As for financing for private enterprises in the process of the problems, we should study and put forward policy recommendations to ease financing difficulties.This will be of great importance for the promotion of the healthy development of private enterprises.Reference is presented in this paper and some research scholars have some theoretical achievements on the foundations of the private economy. So the paper use various analysis methods (including statistical analysis, theoretical analysis and normative analysis, etc.) to research regional private economy in Tianjin.Firstly the paper analyses the importance of the development of private economy financing, then analyzes the several ways of financing of private enterprises and the financing current situation of development of private economy in our country. At the same time combining with factors such as level of private economy in Tianjin area,the main financing difficulty for private firms are four reasons:one is bank system,two is their own reasons,three is that the guarantee system is not perfect, four is the narrow financing channel. Finally the paper summarizes the suggestion to solve the problem of difficult financing for private firms.That is, from a macro level:to create the healthy financing environment for the development of private economy and improve the financing policy; From the micro level:financial institutions increases support for loan of the private enterprise, enhance the endogenous financing ability of private enterprises themselves, establish and improve the private enterprise credit evaluation system and credit guarantee system and establish private enterprises risk investment system to broaden the channels of direct financing.
