Study On The User-innovation Assessment And Application Of IT Enterprises Based On Open Innovation Mode

With the advance of global technological revolution, especially the rapid development of network technology, IT enterprises "surging", and the "legend-enterprises" such like Facebook and Wikipedia are not surprised. Based on the low innovation capacity and uncompetitive situation of domestic IT enterprises, this research attempt to analysis the previous innovation theories and innovation case studies, in order to find some kind of Innovation Mode which is suitable for the development of domestic IT enterprises, and provide new ideas for the improvement of innovation ability of these enterprises.This paper has researched results and analysis a number of theoretical achievements in open-innovation, user-innovation and innovation adoption system, and made a contrast analysis of the excellent innovation business case, especially focusing on their Open-innovation Modes and user-innovation management processes. Based on the above, the factors of innovation-assessment are extracted, the user-innovation cycle has been combed, at the same time, this research has built the User-innovation Assessment and Application Model for IT Enterprise on the Basis of Open-innovation. To prove the rationality of the model, this paper has made a case study of Xiaomi Tech which turns out to support the model well.Based on the conclusions, this paper has recommended that the IT enterprises could allow the user-innovation to "enter", "stay", "output", and "faster" through opening the organizational boundary, strengthening user-participation, simplifying the innovation-assessment, and accelerating the product-update. Thus they may leverage the power of the users to create customer-satisfaction on the background of "experience economy" and "fantasy economy" requirements, and enhance the competitiveness of products and businesses.
