Research On Strategic Management Optimization Of Small And Medium Sized Commercial Banks

With the slowdown in China’s economic growth, the economy into the new normal, the competition among banks is becoming increasingly fierce. It is very important for the future development of the banks to make their own development strategies, especially for small and medium banks. Strategic management has become an important means for commercial banks to improve their competitiveness and to seek the development of globalization. From the overall and overall grasp the correct direction of the development of the bank, and constantly promote and strengthen the strategic management of banks, banks are the key to winning the competition. At present, there are some common problems in the strategic management of small and medium-sized commercial banks, how to improve the ability of strategic management of small and medium-sized commercial banks has become an urgent issue to be discussed.This paper firstly introduces some basic theories of the strategic management of banks, especially the strategic management of small and medium banks. Through the study of these theories, the paper outlines the direction of strategic management optimization of small and medium sized commercial banks.In the empirical research, this paper selects the Wx rural commercial bank is analyzed as a case, the Wx rural commercial bank as a local financial institution, which is currently in the crossroads of opportunities and challenges, strategic management is good or bad will directly determine the the future survival. At first, this paper analyzes the Wx rural commercial bank existing problem of strategic management, and from a strategic analysis, development vision and strategic positioning, strategic design, the implementation of the strategy four aspects of its strategic management optimization. Through the empirical analysis of WX rural commercial banks, the general method of strategic management optimization of small and medium sized commercial banks was refined.At last, the paper puts forward the opinions on the implementation of the strategic management of China’s small and medium sized banks.
