In 1997, the Basel committee will be operating risk as one of the eight risks of Banks. But for a long time. for the risk research, most gathered on the credit risk and market risk, no matteracademia or finance. Operational risk has not been the attention they deserved. Not to mention the study of operational risk management control.Through the reserach on the accounting operational risk and control in the Bank of NJ. Based on the analysis of operational risk and control, aims at to provide advices to Bank of NJ such as how to manage the accounting operational risk and strengthen the internal control. Meanwhile, to help improve City commercial Banks in our country management ability, and complete the internal control.This thesis mainly focuses on analyzing accounting operational risk,and providing applicable advices.The thesis has 6 parts in. First part will be a brief introduction about the whole paper,including the research approach and methods, also introduce research situation at home and abroad.The second part give the related theory analysis of accounting operational risk,The third part monarchs alone chapter,in a variety of real operational risk cases can be summed up in NJ bank accounting operational risk nodes in day-to-day operations.Including accounting settlement business risk,business risk,credit risk business, bill broker business risks,and so on. Each point is split into several small risk points.Detailed outlines the bank front,middle and background,before the credit, loans, credit after all kinds of operation risk.The fourth part, analyze the current situation of NJ bank risk management and the internal control.The fifth part,In view of the above,this paper give provide applicable advices to NJ bank about the problems.Part six is conclusion, insufficient and prospect.In this thesis, through qualitative analysis, literature research, field research method.Through the reserach on the accounting operational risk and control in the Bank of NJ, providing applicable advices.Provide the reference to the Bank of NJ, even the other city commercial banks in China.
