With the rapid development of China’s economic and social, the living standard of people more and more high, there are more and more enterprises or individuals rely on the Internet to learn more news, data, etc., also gradually began to use the Internet to review of thinking such as a key link in the process of production, marketing and other business. Among them, the industry is no exception, the real estate market in recent years, influenced by all kinds of economic policy, the real estate industry has suffered a huge impact, coupled with the fierce competition in the real estate market, cost pressure, shrinking margins, etc., how to improve its profitability, improve the company’s value creation ability and the competitive ability, has is the core of every real estate company work. Thinking for the real estate industry and the Internet provides a new marketing model, the use of the Internet technology, based on the thinking of the Internet marketing model has become the developing direction of the many real estate enterprises. This paper, based on the perspective of thinking in the Internet, with B company as an example, analyzes the B real estate company’s marketing present situation, problems, and puts forward some improving measures.Through analysis, we found that B real estate company in the marketing process, the introduction of green concept, but the market generates a small decline in the near future, and real estate company’s main marketing tool is still B price controls, its marketing poor integrity and impeded. After analyzing the problems existing in the real estate marketing company B, this paper argues that B real estate marketing there are conservative, lack of marketing strategy of the target market segmentation, target customer group is a lack of precision marketing, the marketing personnel’s service ability is not strong, in view of these problems, this article is based on Internet thinking, put forward the active implementation of Internet marketing thinking, should actively deep B company management knowledge of marketing space and improve the comprehensive quality of the company’s personnel and service consciousness.
