Land urbanization is a major issue in the period of social and economic, high-speed industrialization, urbanization, social and economic development which faces. How to deal with the relationship between building and food is difficult choices and opportunities in the process of urbanization.Urbanization process is getting faster and faster with land urbanization rate become faster than the other three areas.The overall quality of urbanization brings many challenges, so it is difficult to control urbanization development and planning rationally. The process of land urbanization is difficult to achieve effective with the control from volume.It also brings the negative effects on development of society, steady economic growth and ecological environment sustainable. So, how to achieve the land urbanization with a scientific and rational way is very important.This paper is on the basis of reading related research materials and land urbanization spatial classification, Summarizes conflict of the characteristics between Multi-planning. On this basis Conversion technology of multi-planning, Docking technology of multi-planning, Conflict diagnosis technology of multi-planning to build a theoretical framework and techniques methods based on Land urbanization spatial classification. Select Shenfu new town to verification space docking on multi-planning techniques methods. Select for a variety of planning from experimental area for technical tests, using GIS technology, remote sensing technology. Discuss and analyze the different results of conflict diagnosis of multi-planning. Research indicates:(1) From the perspective of planning results expression analysis four kinds of spatial planning which are very important in this stage. They are land use planning, city planning, ecological environment protection plan, Economic development plan. They are divided into two categories namely, the first two having accurate geographic information, the latter two having no precise geographic information. Conflict analysis is from the perspective of its characteristics. Include the following aspects, planning objectives, guidelines, planning principles, methods of work, priorities and planning issues.(2) Theoretical framework on multi-planning space docking technology includes three module.They are conversion module of multi-planning, docking module of multi-planning and conflict diagnosis module of multi-planning. Conversion module includes two aspects, conversion of classification system and conversion of spatial data. Docking module includes two aspects, space docking of planning class and docking of planning space zone. Conflict diagnosis module is the analyzing of different planning concerned the same area.(3) Space docking on multi-planning techniques methods includes three aspects, conversion technology of multi-planning, docking technology of multi-planning, conflict diagnosis technology of multi-planning. Conversion technology includes classification system transformation platform of multi-planning and multiple data normalization. Docking technology includes determine the content space docking with the idea of Space for production, Life and ecology. Space expression is based on GIS technology and space partition resolution is based on Remote Sensing technology. Conflict diagnosis technology includes diagnostic partition type, determine the principles of diagnosis and division conflict level.(4) According to empirical research of Shenfu new town shows that, conflict area of planning land type between land use planning and overall plan of Shenfu new town is 31141.84 hm2,55.68% of the total area. The total number of conflict graph spots is 9069. Conflict between agricultural production space of land use planning and ecological space of overall plan of Shenfu new town is obvious. Conflict area is 15476.18 hm2,49.69 percent of the total area. The total number of conflict graph spots is 2843. Conflict area between construction land control area is 43438.73 hm2,78.06 percent of the total area; The total number of conflict graph spots is 2827. Conflict between Limit construction zone of land use planning and prohibit construction zone of overall plan of Shenfu new town is obvious. Conflict area is 22444.35 hm2,51.7 percent of the total area. The total number of conflict graph spots is 358.
