Research On Socialized Services Demands Of Furniture Enterprises And Its Influence Factors In Nankang,Ganzhou

China is the world’s first large furniture production and export country, and has a significant impact in the international furniture production and trade. In China, Nankang district of Ganzhou was awarded the "Nankang furniture industry base" in central area of China, and furniture industry has become a pillar industry in Nankang. However, while the Nankang furniture industry develops at very fast pace, there are still several problems such as small production scale, great number of enterprises, inefficient brand effect, lack of talent and high logistics cost, which are hardly to resolve only rely on the industry its own and absolutely need a large amount of public and social resources to solve the problems.Socialized service is one of the most important imputes to develop Nankang furniture enterprises. By using theoretical and empirical analysis of research methods,specifically Factorial Analysis Method, this paper mainly studies the factors that influence Nankang furniture enterprises’socialized service demands and impacts.With a large number of literature research, questionnaires and interviews, this paper starts from the demands of Nankang furniture enterprise socialization services, supply and demand, and satisfaction of community service projects, analyzes existing problems and impact assessments, research the effects of Nankang furniture enterprises demands for social service, and finally the author provides suggestions for the development of enterprises and also provide theoretical basis for follow-up research.Through the study, the following conclusions can be drawn:firstly, there are strong needs for the furniture enterprise social services; secondly, the socialized services of furniture enterprises are mainly driven by the government; thirdly, the supply and demand relationship of socialized services is imbalance; fourthly, socialized service is an important platform to develop Nankang furniture enterprises; the last is that there three kinds of factors will affect Nankang furniture enterprises to choose social services. Also, the following effective suggestions are put forward:first of all, supply of socialized services should be perfected and precise; the second is to improve sustainability and quality of socialized services and build a mutual trust mechanism; the third is to establish training mechanism to improve the employment system; the very last is to optimize socialized service supply and demand structure and build a series of regional brand of Nankang furniture.The author elaborates the social services fields and mainly focus on research of Nankang furniture enterprises. Most of the former research of the forestry socialized service are for the government policies and requirements of forest, and the study of related enterprises is relatively rare. However, the furniture enterprises are one of the most important consumption enterprises of wood material, and also are socialized service demanders and consumers. Only through the research of furniture enterprises, can development direction of socialized service are put forward more accurately.
