Research On The Demand For Productive Socialized Services Of Red Jujube Growers In The First Division Of The Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps And Its Influencing Factors

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and comprehensively build a modern socialist country,the most arduous and onerous task lies in the rural areas,and it is necessary to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and develop new agricultural management subjects and socialized services.It is necessary to accelerate agricultural development,realize agricultural modernization,and develop agricultural socialization services has become a major strategic measure.As a key province of national development,Xinjiang has also introduced various policies and measures in recent years to increase its development and support for Xinjiang.At the same time,the autonomous region and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are also practicing the strategy of developing southward,and the First Division,as the division and city with the strongest comprehensive strength,the largest population and the best basic conditions of the Southern Xinjiang Corps,is also a key development division,facing unprecedented development opportunities in the new historical period,and also shouldering an important historical mission.Agriculture is an important part of the first division industry,and the red date industry also accounts for a large proportion of the total agricultural production value,so in order to promote the development of the red date industry,it is necessary to have a suitable set of red date planting socialized service system to help.The factors influencing the demand for productive socialized services of red jujube growers were studied,which had a positive driving effect on the development of the red jujube industry.This paper starts from the research background,research significance,and research status of agricultural socialization services,and is based on and supported by transaction cost theory,entrusted agent theory,prospect theory,and social enterprise theory.The overview of the red jujube planting industry of the first division and the current situation of the socialized service of red jujube planting at this stage were introduced,and relevant data were found and analyzed from the statistical yearbook of the past five years,and the future development trend of the socialized service of the jujube planting industry was predicted.A binary logistic model was established,taking agricultural material services,agricultural machinery services,agricultural technical services,financial services,information services,processing and packaging services,and sales services as the response variables,and the individual characteristics of growers included gender,age,ethnicity,education level,whether they had non-agricultural employment experience,and the production and operation of growers,including planting area,number of planting participants,whether red jujube planting was the main economic source of the family,whether they participated in cooperatives,and whether they participated in land circulation,a total of 11 factors were independent variables.Six tour sites were selected,350 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling,and 288 valid questionnaires were recovered.Compile statistical sample data,and analyze the convenience of demand acquisition that it is easier for the first division of red jujube growers to obtain agricultural material services and agricultural machinery services.It is difficult to obtain technical services;Financial services,including capital lending and agricultural insurance services,are also more accessible;In terms of information services,it is difficult for growers to obtain information,and there is no corresponding professional platform to obtain information directly;It is easier to obtain processing services,and there are more red date processing enterprises in various regimental farms;Growers also have difficulties in obtaining sales services,and at this stage,most of the first division of red date growers sell through raw jujube currency.Using SPASS software for binary logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that each factor has no significant impact on the demand for agricultural input services,joining the cooperative affects the demand of farmers for agricultural machinery services,the higher the education level,the stronger the demand for agricultural technical services,the younger the growers,the more demand for financial services with non-agricultural employment experience,the higher the education level,the larger the planting area,and the stronger the demand for information services for smooth sales.Farmers who join the cooperative are more likely to participate in processing and packaging services,and the younger they are and have non-farm employment experience,the more they want to receive sales services.In response to the analysis conclusion,it is proposed to promote the development of technical services and information services,improve processing technology and strengthen new technology research and development,continue to explore and expand sales models,vigorously support the development of red jujube professional cooperatives,improve the awareness of socialized services of growers through training,increase the support of socialized service projects in the red jujube industry,and establish and improve the socialized service system of red jujube,so that red jujube growers can increase production and income,and live a richer life.
