Aviation industry is a national technology intensive industry, which has an important position and role in the military and economic. Aviation is of the most active and most influential in the field of science and technology in the 21st century, the achievements made in the area not only marks the level of development of human civilization, and the embodiment of a country’s comprehensive national strength and the level of science and technology.In recent years, accompanied by the advent of the Internet era, information products demand of aviation industry expanding rapidly. However, aviation industry high-end information technology was almost monopolized by Europe and the United States, considered both from a security level and from the reality of the situation, import from the foreign purchase is the worst choice, the independent research and development become the only way.The airline software R & D Enterprises - AVICIT, as the research object, according to the aviation industry unique organization structure and the status of the project management.combined with the knowledge of project management and software engineering and technical, through the comparison of Chinese and foreign software project management mode, to summarize the experience in the practice of A company’s software development process, trying to find a project management mode that can be used in the industry of information technology of aviation, and at the end,transfer the mode into document.Through this research, we can promote the information of China aviation industry, the industry of information. And we can use the results of this study in part of commercial software, more widely used in domestic.
