Research On The Star Service Establish Of Villages And Towns Agricultural Technology Extending Stations

Agricultural technology promotion means by means of experiment, demonstr ation,training, and consultation services, used in farming, forestry, animal husbandr y and fishery science and technology achievements and practical technology popu larization and application in agricultural production, in and after production of th e whole process. The main function of agricultural technology extension statio n is directly responsible for a place for farmers, the promotion of new technologi es, new products,guiding farmers to increase the income and production, to devel op the agricultural production and the revitalization of rural economy service. T he key lies in promoting the five-star service to create norms of Agricultural Tech nology Extension System in the organization construction, team construction, syst em construction and service construction. At present our country agricultural organ ization development is still in the relatively low position. Therefore, the purpose o f our study is to promote the primary agricultural extension service organization t o make corresponding improvement measures and policy suggestions. In order t 0 achieve this target, the paper take X County as an example, analyzing the stat us and problems of agricultural technology extension base current. Using the cons truction of agricultural technology extension organizations at home and abroad ex perience and the theory of agricultural technology extension, we draw the relate d countermeasures to strengthen agricultural technology extension service created by the organization.The empirical research methods employed in this study to create Star Servic e Station of agricultural technology for analysis and research. The paper mainly u ses the agricultural extension organization design theory, the theory of agricultura 1 extension staff troop construction of agricultural extension and behavior change t heory as the theoretical foundation of research, aiming at the basic level agricult ural technology extension organization star service to create this research present situation in detail and analysis.In the study,we know that service extension organiz ation star at basic level in China exist many problems. For the construction of i nfrastructure management is not perfect,the construction of the responsibility to i mplement is not enough and the lack of construction supervision and financial su pervision. Team building is not standard.The employing channels is monotonous.I ncentive mechanism is not enough. The station runs out of the management syst em.Agricultural service subject and object are poor of communication. Investigati ng its problems, organizational structure and personnel structure is unreasonable.T he creation is lack of supervision.Farming ability personnel evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The enthusiasm of the farmers’participation is not high. Accordin g to the above problems,we puts forward some countermeasures of strengthenin g the organizations of agricultural extension five-star service related. Including pro moting the standard process of infrastructure construction, improving agricultural s tation system, evaluation and training system of the development of station staf f, adopt a variety of behavioral communication and information exchange mod e. Thus obtains the promotion Agricultural Station Development Star Service as a conclusion.
