With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart terminal, many new electronic commerce mode came into being, Mobile e-commerce and O2O(to Offline Online) mode are new rise of e-commerce in recent years, and their development has made our life quietly be changed. E-commerce and traditional business more or less have a certain link, and the E-group buying is also a group buy. As a type of O2 O mode, E-group buying is developed from the combination of the current e-commerce and the traditional sense of the group purchase. Groupon, the first network to buy online site, maked the network group buy model had become a fashion, and China’s online group buying in a sprouting, thousands of war situation, After a large number of closed down,Online group buying come into a new stage of development. In the current development environment, the paper combines with the characteristics of O2 O model, and study the electronic service quality of online group buying. Provide a certain theoretical reference to the quality of electronic services of the purchase platform, and also for the smooth development of China’s online purchase.In view of the fact that online group purchase is a combination of online and offline, the electronic service quality is not to be ignored to study the quality of group buying platform, So the research is studied on two aspects of the platform and the offline agent, with attention of the quality of electronic services. The contents of this study are as follows: The first part is the introduction. Make a general description of the research background, significance, the main content of the research and the methods. The second part is paper reviews of the research results. Show O2 O model, network group purchase, electronic service quality, customer trust and satisfaction. The third part is model makeing. According to the previous theoretical research, combined with the characteristics of the O2 O model, we put forward the theoretical model of this research. The fourth is analysis through the SPSS, AMOS software.Compare the quanlity of Meituan online electronic service with the Public comment network online electronic service. The fifth part is the application of SPSS software analysis. Compare the quanlity of Meituan offline electronic service with the Public comment network offline electronic service. The sixth part summarizes the conclusions of this research based on the analysis of the first two chapters and put forward the corresponding suggestions.In the past the study are concentrated on the C2 C and B2 C these two kinds of traditional e-commerce model, on O2O model research is relatively small. In this study, we chose the group buying site, and use of the mathod of group analysis. Compare the Meituan and the Public comment network on the quality of electronic services. The method of this study has a certain innovative.
