This paper starts with the current situation of the group-buying websites’ service quality and analyses the influencing factors on it. According to the construction principle of the evaluation system about service quality, a multi-level evaluation index system of the group-buying websites is established in this paper. And principal components analysis (PCA) is also applied to it. Then, five representative websites of group-buying is selected for empirical research, using questionnaire to obtain data. Moreover, According to the model of the evaluation system about group-buying websites’ service quality, with the help of the minitab software, principal components which affected the service quality of the group-buying websites are received. Finally, calculate the specific scores of the five websites, using the evaluation results on how to improve service quality of group-buying websites, feasibility countermeasures are put forward in this paper. |
