Research On Financing Demand Of Peasant Household And Influence Factors Of Satisfaction

Along with the urbanization process in China, Traditional agricultural areas facing transformation from all aspects. For the mean time, Farmers living in here will change the way of production and experience the economic environment change. Urbanization has caused its savings, borrowing ideas change,also the demand and supply change.In view of the transition area farmers, this paper aims to through the research on the financing demand satisfaction, finding the way to improve farmers’ living standards. In the study of the past, formal financing channels, or the productive financing under the financing needs of satisfaction, is only considered. In this paper, all financing channels and purposes are considered in model.This article is presented as six period. First, brief introduction.In this part, the article totally tell the research background and refining the theory of the research. Second, giving a definition to the relevant concepts,including the Urbanization and the financial repression hypothesis theory. Third, research status and case description.This period parses the farmers financing needs, including financing capital source, term, and interest rate.Forth, Analyzing the farmers financing needs and household characteristics. Fifth, The empirical analysis and conclsions,based on Binary logistc regression model. The data shows that educational level,and family income have positive effects on satisfaction,meanwhile, the householder age level,family land area have negative effect on satisfaction. It is Unique phenomenon in transition region. urbanization reduce farmland gradually.And the less land, the more likely to get losses compensation and high repayment guarantee.Sixth, Policy advice. In this part, based on the formal financial institutions, the policy makers and the local government, three piece of advice can be put to accelerate the development of service industry hotspot, development of service industry and Promote legalization of priva te financing is the effective way of improving peasant household ’s life.
